At Scotch & Soda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't quite right, you can return them within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in unworn condition.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal to generate your prepaid shipping label and select the reason for your return or choose your preferred exchange size.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or carrier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
